16 & 15

Nah, I wasn't really a fan of Deadmau5 (pronounced 'Deadmau-five' if you're an idiot) when he first emerged onto the scene. Denzi would play his vinyl of the HBFS remix a couple of years ago and, truth be told, I just wanted to throw it out the window. It did nothing for me.
But then, thankfully, with his 2008 debut album came tracks such as 'Brazil', 'I Remember' and 'Faxing Berlin' which, not only healed wounds, but induced complete conversion.
Shortly after, a grittier, meatier track named 'Ghosts N Stuff' surfaced. Incredible. But wait, no one knows what the hell it is. What's this shit? 9 months and a baby later some joker's put a load of vocals over the top. Oi, who's been fucking around with that Ghosts N Sauce song? Deadmau-five has. Oh. It's only got that lead singer from Pendulum on it hasn't it. Ooooohhh Pendulum! They're fucking awesome live! Bloody hell this Ghosts N Stuff is actually welllll good, man.
Add a frighteningly tongue in cheek music video and the rest, as they say, is history. The original was one of my favourites from 2008 and for that reason it's slipped down to number sixteen.

I'm gunna keep it real now as the bloke who's remixed my number fifteen is not only local but he leaves every other producer in Brizzle looking like a right plonker. Joker certainly ain't not joke mate. He's right up there with the big boys of dubstep and I really enjoy what I'm hearing. He's on the ball, using his intelligence to transform originals into remarkably addictive hits. Right up the hooter. Big time. As Denzi might say, get on this!
